'Adipurush' OTT release date, platform; Here's everything you should know about it's digital debut

One of the Bollywood's most controversial movie 'Adipurush' made it's way to the theatres on July 16, 2023. Later wrapped in clashes for numerous reasons, the movie is questionable on  numerous occasions. Although the movie has grossed an immaculate collection at the global box office which is more than Rs. 420 crore. after the huge success at the box office, the makers are now looking forward in bringing the magnum opus on digital platforms. OTT release date/Platform

Failed at emotions although a big hit at box office, 'Adipurush' is now all set to release on OTT. However, the reports regarding it's premiering date have not been disclosed by the officials yet but it is expected to make the digital way through during the first week of September 2023.  The estimation was made as the movies rights are usually brought by OTT platforms after the 3 months of it's release. As per the reports, the 2023 mega movie is going to opt for Amazon Prime Video, which is also one of the most streamed OTT platform in India. 

About 'Adipurush'

The movie which is made encircling around the epic Hindu mythology - Ramayana, it was curated with a magnum budget of Rs. 600 crore. Directed by Om Raut and written by Manoj Muntashir, the movie was released in the theatres on July 16, 2023. 'Adipurush' was led by Baahubali fame Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan who played the characters of Raghav, Janki and Lankesh respectively. With a magnificent storyline, amid controversies the movie garnered Rs. 95 crore on it's opening day, followed by Rs. 65 crore and Rs. 64 crore on it's second and third day respectively.  

With the news of the movie getting it's digital platform is indeed a wonderful news for everyone who have missed the chance of watching the movie in the big screens. The OTT debut will give everyone a chance to enjoy the Om Raut movie while reclining with ease from their couches.
