The film follows Harnek, a Sikh immigrant whose life changes after a brutal racist attack leaves him dealing with deep personal loss. Instead of allowing grief and prejudice to break him, Harnek chooses to turn his pain into purpose. His journey eventually leads him to become a respected leader in his community.

Meaning Behind the Dastaar

Directed by Amar Hundal, Dastaar features Tarsem Jassar in the lead role alongside Geet Goraya, Yograj Singh, Neeta Mohindra and Aman Dhaliwal.

The story and screenplay have been written by Dheeraj Kedarnath Rattan and Manila Rattan, with dialogues by Jatinder Lall. The film is produced by Manmord Singh Sidhu, Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Sam Bhattacharjee under Hotshot Productions Limited and White Hill Studios.
