Zee Cine Awards 2023 saw the presence of some of the most acquired celebrities  from the industry, from actors to musicians and directors to producers, everybody gave their valuable presence. In the meantime, red carpet interviews took the viewers attention. Shilpa Rao, A renown face from the Indian music industry stole the views of the media with her immaculate voice. The star was seen singing her most recent superhit song 'Besharam Rang' from The action-thriller 'Pathaan'.

The singer reached the event in a bright yellow embroidered gown, looking lesser than her age. On the media's demand, Shilpa sang her most massive hit from the blockbuster 'Pathaan'. Her unfiltered raw voice felt surreal on the red carpet. Ever since the clip went viral, her fans made their respective comments praising her raw voice. "Her voice is just perfect", one wrote. 

The singer was nominated for 'Tere Hawaale' from Amir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. The star felt overwhelmed and says it's an important event for her. "Lots of gratitude, I am very humbled, lots of love to everybody", Miss Rao nodded. 

The achiever of some of the most coveted awards, Shilpa Rao was born on April 11, 1984 in the city of Jamshedpur. Her Bollywood career started in the year 2007 from her first debut song, 'Tose Naina' from 'Anwar'. gradually, she started garnering recognition from  her after songs like 'Woh Ajnabi' and 'Khuda Jaane' from 'The Train'(2007) and 'Bachna Ae haseeno'(2008) respectively. Shilpa Rao was nominated for numerous prestigious awards and she took the earliest trophies in 2011's 'Indian Television Academy Awards' for Best Singer for her song 'Bekaboo' and also won 'Global Indian Music Academy Awards' for 'Dum Dum' in 2014. Eventually she made it to the 'Global Filmfare Awards' and 'Screen Awards' for Best Female Playback Singer for her song 'Ghungroo' in 2019 movie 'War'
