Ranveer Singh joins hands with NGO Hemkunt Foundation: Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh never fails to astound his followers with his actions. On the occasion of the 75th Independence day, Ranveer Singh pledged to serve the nation in a unique way.

Ranveer Singh, a youth icon and Bollywood actor, has joined the Hemkunt Foundation as their new 'goodwill ambassador'.

Hemkunt Foundation is devoted to improving the lives of those in need by providing them with healthcare, education, and help in developing their skills. Breaking the cycle of generational poverty has been crucial, both during the pandemic and in the lives of vulnerable people.

As per the foundation, Ranveer will inspire and motivate India's youth to play a major part in assisting the underprivileged as a young icon and someone who is passionate about education and uplifting society.

Harteerath Singh, director of Hemkunt Foundation, said that they were extremely grateful to have Ranveer Singh join the Hemkunt Foundation. He said that Ranveer was the perfect embodiment of their values of striving to give back to society. Ranveer's passion and commitment to education were worth applauding, he said, adding that he was sure that they will together be able to create a tangible on-ground impact on society.

The Hemkunt Foundation works tirelessly to improve the quality of life of those in need by providing them with substantial health care, education, and access to jobs and other sources of income. In the pandemic and in the lives of underprivileged groups, it has been crucial in severing the cycle of generational poverty.

More than 50,000 lives have been impacted by the education provided by Hemkunt Foundation so far. The 25-acre Hemkunt Foundation Gurukul in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, intends to continue providing skill training to 1000 students every year.
