Shahid Kapoor to return on silver screens with much awaited film Jersey on December 31

Shahid Kapoor, an actor in Bollywood, debuted a new poster for his next film Jersey, a Hindi version of the Telugu blockbuster of the same name, on Monday. On December 31, 2021, the movie will be released in theatres.
Shahid Kapoor announced the premiere of his highly anticipated film's trailer tomorrow, November 23, at 5.30 p.m., by sharing a new poster from the film.
Sharing a new poster from the film, Shahid Kapoor announced that his much-awaited film's trailer will be released tomorrow, November 23, at 5.30 pm. Shahid shared the good news and wrote, "ITS TIME ! We have waited to share this emotion with you for 2 years. This story is special. This team is special. This character is special. And the fact that we get to share it on the big screen with you all is special. I don’t have words to express my gratitude. I hope you all feel what I felt when I played him. Here we go."
Shahid Kapoor, who will play a cricketer in the film, was spotted polishing his abilities with the bat in the ground during the filming. Jersey, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, will star Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur.
Ronit Kamra, Pankaj Kapur, Shishir Sharma, and Sharad Kelkar also star in the film.

Shahid Kapoor was most recently seen in Kabir Singh, a Telugu version of Arjun Reddy. He'll also make his web debut in a yet-to-be-titled series helmed by Raj and DK. In addition to these projects, he has begun filming Ali Abbas Zafar's next film. The movie, which will be broadcast on Netflix, is a Hindi version of the 2011 French action thriller Nuit Blanche or Sleepless Night (translated in English).
