Shamshera poster: Ranbir Kapoor surprises his fans with THIS beautiful gesture at film's poster launch
Shamshera poster launch: Ranbir Kapoor has been absent from the big screen for nearly four years, and his fans are plainly missing him. However, RK's fans will be in for a treat in 2022, as he plans to return to the big screen with a bang. The Burfi actor is currently awaiting the release of YRF's 'Shamshera', the official poster of the film was released on Monday.
It's one of the most anticipated films of the year, and the production team has been working hard to generate a lot of buzz for the historical action drama.

Surprisingly, the makers of Shamshera just released the first look poster for the film, which had a significant surprise for fans. After all, Ranbir Kapoor was the one who astonished his fans.
Ranbir was seen surprising fans by coming out of the poster of Shamshera and making an entrance with a bang, according to a video published by YRF. Ranbir hugged his admirers in the video, who were ecstatic to meet their favourite star. At the poster event, the Rockstar actor also screamed "I Love You" for a small fan. It was the epitome of the "phata poster nikla hero" moment.
"My fans were specially invited today to launch the poster of my film 'Shamshera,'" Ranbir says. But there was a catch. They were completely unaware that I was going to meet them and spend time with them."
'Shamshera' is set in the fictional city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved, and humiliated by the brutal authoritarian commander Shudh Singh. He battles tirelessly for his tribe's freedom and dignity and the person is none other than Shamshera which will be portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor.
The high-octane, adrenaline-pumping drama is set in India's core in the 1800s. It has a never-before-seen Ranbir Kapoor, who plays Shamshera in the film.
This action adventure, directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Aditya Chopra, will be released on July 22, 2022 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Aside from this Karan Malhotra-directed film, Ranbir will also star with Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The fantasy drama, which will be Ranbir and Alia's debut collaboration, is set to premiere on September 9, 2022.
