Sidharth Malhotra is back in game with Dharma Production's first ever action film-Yodha

Sidharth Malhotra is set to star in Yodha, the first film in Karan Johar's Dharma Productions-backed action franchise.

Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha will direct the film. The filmmakers revealed Yodha's first look and announced that the film will be released in theatres on November 11, 2022.

Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has announced yet another project, this time their first-ever action film franchise. Despite the fact that he has not yet revealed the franchise's cast, there is speculation that Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra has been cast as the male lead.

Karan accompanied the announcement with a motion poster. The video began with a glimpse of a burning plane before zooming in and focusing on Malhotra's character, who was dressed in combat gear and appeared to be ready for a fight.

Johar stated in his post, “After conquering the peaks, I am proud to present Sidharth Malhotra back with power in the first of the action franchise by Dharma Productions – #Yodha. Directed by the dynamic duo – Sagar Ambre & Pushkar Ojha. Landing in cinemas near you on 11th November, 2022.” 

Shershaah, which feautures Sidharth Malhotra, has wowed both audiences and critics. The actor is now preparing to appear in Yodha, another action film. In the film's first trailer, Sidharth is seen in a plane with a gun, while passengers in the background are terrified for their lives. He appears to be the hero who will save the day.

Meanwhile talking about his last release, Sidharth Malhotra is currently enjoying the success of his new film Shershaah. The actor's portrayal of Captain Vikram Batra in the film received positive feedback from both critics and the audience.
