The couple, who got married in December 2020 in a grand ceremony attended by renowned personalities, has decided to part ways amicably.
Niharika Konidela, the daughter of actor-producer Nagendra Babu and sister of actor Varun Tej, entered the world of entertainment as a TV presenter. She then pursued acting, making her debut with the film "Oka Manasu" in 2016, starring alongside Naga Shourya. Over the years, she appeared in several other movies like "Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren," "Happy Wedding," "Suryakantham," and "Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy."
Chaitanya Jonnalagadda, on the other hand, is an IT professional and the son of Guntur Inspector General of Police J Prabhakar Rao.
After much contemplation, Niharika and Chaitanya decided to separate. In her Instagram post, Niharika conveyed their mutual decision and asked for kindness and sensitivity during this challenging time. Rumors about Niharika and Chaitanya's separation had surfaced a few months ago when Chaitanya was notably absent during Niharika's brother Varun Tej's engagement. This fueled speculations about their marriage facing difficulties, eventually leading to the recent announcement of their separation.
