Tamannaah Bhatia Unveils Powerful Avatar as Shiv Shakti in Odela 2's First Look on Maha Shivratri

Recently, the actress joyously commemorated her remarkable 19-year journey in the film industry. Tamannaah Bhatia also unveils a powerful avatar as Shiv Shakti in Odela 2's first look on Maha Shivratri.

Tamannaah Bhatia Announce New Movie 'Odela 2'

The anticipation for her upcoming project, "Odela 2," a sequel to the 2022 release "Odela Railway Station," is building. The film, a mystical thriller, unveiled Tamannaah's first look in a recent update. Shared on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri, the actress dons the attire of a Naga Saadhu, holding a damroo and a stick adorned with sacred red and yellow mouli threads while walking along a ghat.

Taking to her social media handle, Tamannaah expressed her excitement, tweeting, “#FirstlookOdela2 I am glad to be revealing the first look on this auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri Har Har Mahadev! Happy Maha Shivaratri." The makers also joined in, acknowledging Tamannaah's 19 years of dedication and versatility, dubbing her character #Bhairavi, also known as Shiva Shakti.

Adding a spiritual touch to her journey, Tamannaah recently visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, seeking the blessings of Lord Mahadeva. Sharing glimpses from her visit, she was seen in reverence to the sacred Jyotirlinga and admired the artistic designs depicting Lord Mahadeva, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Hanuman.

Presently, Tamannaah is engrossed in the filming of "Odela 2" in Kashi. Directed by Ashok Teja and produced by Sampath Nandi and D. Madhu, the supernatural-thriller boasts a stellar cast, including Hebah Patel, Vasishta N Simha, Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamshi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy. The film's background scores are in the capable hands of music composer B Ajaneesh Loknath, with Rajeev Nair serving as the art director.

In addition to her film ventures, Tamannaah has recently graced Netflix India's anthology series "Lust Stories 2" directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Her presence was also felt in the films "Bhola Shankar," starring Padma Vibhushan Chiranjeevi, and "Jailer," starring the iconic Thalaivar Rajinikanth.
