Anupamaa Actress Rupali Ganguly Steps into Politics; Joins BJP Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections 2024

TV actress Rupali Ganguly, famous for her roles in shows like Anupamaa and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, has made a big decision. She's stepped into Indian politics by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Leaders Vinod Tawde and Anil Baluni were present when she announced at the BJP headquarters in Delhi. Expressing her thoughts to the media, Ganguly said she felt inspired by the development initiatives happening and wanted to contribute. She sought blessings and support from everyone for her new journey.

The 2024 Lok Sabha elections are scheduled in seven phases, and Ganguly's entry into politics adds an interesting dimension.

After joining BJP, Ganguly, accompanied by astrologer Ameya Joshi, also met party president JP Nadda in Delhi.

Earlier in March, Ganguly had the opportunity to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which she shared on her Instagram. She expressed her joy and gratitude for the memorable experience, calling it a dream come true.
