UP CM Yogi Adityanath Meets The Team of 'The Kerala Story' Following Its Historic Box Office Success

"The Kerala Story" is a film that has been surrounded by controversy since its release, but it has nonetheless made history at the box office. The movie, starring Adah Sharma and directed by Sudeeptho Sen, has been well received by critics and audiences alike. It had a strong start on its first day and picked up momentum over the weekend. Though it experienced a drop in ticket sales on Monday, it rebounded with a 10 percent increase on Tuesday. The film's success has led to it being made tax-free in several states, while it has been banned in West Bengal. Had it not been banned, it is likely that the film's growth would have been even greater. It has surpassed "Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan" starring Salman Khan, and it is now in direct competition with "The Kashmir Files". According to reports, "The Kerala Story" collected 11 crore on Tuesday, following on from its 10 crore collection on Monday.

The lead actress, Adah Sharma, thanked her fans on Instagram, writing, "Thank you to all the millions of you who are going to watch our film, thank you for making it trend, thank you for loving my performance. This weekend, the 12th, 'The Kerala Story' releases internationally in 37 countries (or more)] #adahsharma."

However, not all fans were pleased with the film's message. One user commented on Sharma's post, writing, "I was your fan, but you are such a fake actress spreading such propaganda movies. You should post the evidence of the 32000 girls who have joined ISIS. Post the authentic reports on your insta page....Post the list of girls at least 1000 girls on your Instagram page in the same way you are posting your movie clips...If you can't you will be counted as a fake personality"

Despite some negative comments, the film's success cannot be denied. Adah Sharma's acting has received praise, with one fan writing, "Ma'am, your acting is far better than that of nepo actors. Your Marathi is also , from that video I'm a big fan of u."
