Veteran Marathi Actor Seema Deo passes away at 81
On Thursday morning, veteran actress Seema Deo, known for her remarkable performances in classic films like "Anand" and "Kora Kagaz," breathed her last in Mumbai. The sad news was confirmed by her son, filmmaker Abhinay Deo. Seema Deo was 81 years old at the time of her passing, and she had been battling age-related ailments.
Over 80 Hindi and Marathi movies featuring Seema Deo were part of her illustrious career in the film industry. With her talent and versatility, she made an enduring impression on audiences and became a beloved character in the Indian film industry.
At her Bandra, Mumbai, residence, the actress passed suddenly. The actor was struggling with Alzheimer's for more than 3 years, and those were challenging years for her.
The cause of death was probably due to age and her protracted fight with dementia and Alzheimer's, notwithstanding Abhinay Deo's insistence that there was no specific cause for her passing. Memory and physical capacities are just two ways Alzheimer's steadily impairs a person's health. Dementia and Alzheimer's cause the person to lose their ability to walk. He asserted that the organs progressively start to shut down once muscle memory starts to weaken.
