He regretted any misunderstanding and emphasized that he never intended to harm anyone.
Nana Patekar recounted the incident, stating that a person approached him from behind during a film rehearsal, questioning his hat and using inappropriate language. Reacting to the rehearsal scenario, Nana slapped the individual, believing him to be part of the team. Later, it was discovered that the person was not associated with the film crew, leading to confusion.
Nana Patekar clarified that he was unaware of the person's identity at the time and thought he was part of the film shoot. He expressed regret for the unintended incident, asserting that he had never intentionally harmed anyone and apologized if there was any misunderstanding. Nana also mentioned that the incident was unintentional and a result of the person's unexpected intrusion during the rehearsal.

Towards the end of the video, Nana Patekar extended an apology, stating that if the young man involved comes forward, he is willing to apologize in person. He emphasized that he holds no ill will and explained that the incident occurred due to a misunderstanding. Nana praised the people of Kashi, where the film shoot took place, for their support and mentioned that he had not faced any difficulties during the shoot.
