Directed by Krishna Chaitanya, Gangs of Godavari is one of the highly anticipated Telegu movies of the year that is all set to hit theatres on 31st May 2024. Just ahead of its official release, the makers have held a special trailer launch event, that was attended by the entire star cast, including leading star Vishwak Sen. Apart from that, legendary actor Nandamuri Balakrishna also attended the event to shower his blessings on the team of Gangs of Godavari. The veteran actor has however stolen all the attention at one of the launch snippets where she could be seen pushing an actress, which has now abrubted fearsome anger within the internet realm.

South India's veteran actor, Nandamuri Balakrishnan is entangled in controversy as a video has recently started surfacing over the social media platforms where he could be seen abruptly pushing an actress, Anjali, who has now rouged people all over the country. The video ft. the star casts of the film, it was the moment when the legendary actor comes on the stage pushing Anjali to let her make more space and move ahead. After NBK makes his abrupt push, Anjali's co-actress Neha Shetty suddenly holds her giving her a grip to hold. But the whole incident was followed by loud cheers from the people, as all attendees started laughing and shouting at the incident. Not only that, in fact even Anjali burst into laugh too.

The whole incident has whacked people all over the country as such behaviors should not be tolerated by any means. While questioning NBK's crooked act, a user on X wrote, "How can the people of that state still accept and celebrate such a man", while another user said, "The worse part is people are normalizing this and defending this." A third user on the other hand wrote, "Typical Indian alpha males."

Gangs of Gadavari is an upcoming Telegu language action crime thriller penned and directed by Krishna Chaitanya. With a huge cast ensemble, the film will feature Vishwak Sen, Anjali, Neha Shetty P. Sai Kumar, Madhunandan, Radhika, Nassar, and Aayesha Khan in the leading roles. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya, the soundtrack of the film is composed by legendary Yuvan Shankar Raja. Meanwhile, the film has been scheduled for its theatrical release on 31st May 2024.
