Shah Rukh Khan features in his son Aryan Khan's directional debut ad video; see pictures
The next time Shah Rukh Khan makes an appearance on screen, it will be more personal. The celebrity will appear in the Dyavolx luxury streetwear brand's advertising, which is produced by Aryan Khan's son. It's interesting to note that this is Aryan's first film as a director. On Monday, the brand's advertisement's first teaser was made public.
Shah Rukh is seen picking up a paintbrush in the teaser, yet the camera angle switches before the actor's face is visible. A brief glimpse of SRK's face near the end allows viewers to recognise the Pathaan actor.
Aryan's "luxury streetwear" firm D'yavol just hired SRK to film its TV commercial. In the commercial, which starred his father, Aryan also took on the role of director. Shah Rukh was only briefly visible in the teaser for the commercial, but he is now clearly visible in a recent post on the company's social media page. In the image, it's rather simple to identify the actor. He's wearing a casual outfit and is observed gazing at the ground.
He appeared serious as he fixed his gaze on the camera, as usual. His mother Gauri Khan and sister Suhana Khan joined him in promoting his debut film on social media.
Aryan will be directing a web series in addition to the advertisement, and he is also listed as a screenwriter.
While waiting for the premiere of Atlee's Jawan, Shah Rukh is currently hard at work filming Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki. Suhana Khan, Aryan's sister, will shortly make her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies on Netflix.
