Sushmita Sen plays the 'working mother'-turned-don whose only mission is to ensure the safety of her family after her own father murdered her husband and attempted to conceal it for a long time.
The first season of the show revolved around Aarya, a happily married woman played by Sen, whose world is turned upside down when her husband, pharma baron Tej Sareen (Chandrachur Singh), is fired and a threat looms over her family due to Tej's alleged role in an illegal drug racket. The new season will follow the journey of Aarya, a mother battling the dark world of violence and enemies closing in on her family and children.

Sushmita Sen will reprise her role as Aarya Sareen, and she will be joined by stellar actors such as Sikandar Kher, Vikas Kumar, Mayo Sarao, Ankur Bhatia, Akash Khurana, and Dilnaz Irani.

Sushmita recently stated about her character, "We are supercharged for the second season after being nominated for the International Emmy Awards 2021."
