After 'Laal Singh Chaddha', Aamir Khan to begin work on Hindi remake of Spanish film 'Campeones'

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan's 'Laal Singh Chaddha' failed to create magic at the box office. 'Laal Singh Chaddha' was a Hindi remake of the Oscar-winning film 'Forrest Gump'. In the meanwhile, Aamir Khan is set to begin work on the Hindi remake of the Spanish film 'Campeones'.

However, some of Aamir Khan's fans are shocked and upset for the actor chose another Hindi remake despite the failure of 'Laal Singh Chaddha' at the box office.

While the film 'Laal Singh Chaddha' failed to leave an impact on the audience, the actor left for the US taking some time off from the work.

Reportedly, Aamir Khan will next be seen in RS Prasanna's directorial which is said to be the Hindi remake of the Spanish film 'Campeones'.

Prasanna is known to have direct 'Shubh Mangal Saavdhan'. Also, there are rumours that Anushka Sharma has been approached to play the female lead.

As per reports, the makers have kicked off the pre-production of the project. Bankrolled by Sony Pictures India, the makers are busy finding locations, casting, and finalising other aspects of the project.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Khan has given the dates from January onwards. Initially, the makers are planning to begin working on the schedule from January 2023 onwards.
