Sarod master Amjad Ali Khan along with his sons Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash released a new version of the national anthem. Taking it to his social media handle, Amjad Ali Khan shared their rendition of the national anthem to honour India’s 72nd Independence Day. Along with the video he quoted:

The three minute long track will leave you awestruck. It open up with the words, “72 years, 1.3 billion people, 1 sound. A sound that unites all of us through time and place”. Dressed in a simple white kurta pyjama, the maestro and his sons have played it really well. The father-son trio will surely take the listener on a mesmerizing journey.
