102-year-old Indian athlete Man Kaur, who is a world record holder in her age group for several categories, has made every Indian proud again after she recently won a gold medal at the World Masters Athletics in the 200m event.

She started running in 2009, when her son, Gurdev Singh, urged her to take up track and field.

She is a hard worker to the core as she wakes up at around 4’o clock in the morning and then starts off with her regular practice of running and also walking. Apparently, she runs 20 kms a day, which is a lot even for a young person.

Since the news of winning her another gold medal broke, Man Kaur, also popularly known ‘miracle from Chandigarh’, has been getting lot of appreciation on Twitter.

Here are some of the reaction:

She is not only raising the bar but also inspiring other old people to stay fit. She has truly proven that age is just a number and that it cannot stop one from achieving something if the will exists.
