Helmed by Gulshan Singh, this movie is produced by Amiek Virk and Manpreet Johal. 'Afsar' which is slated to release on 5th October is penned down by Jass Grewal.

With ‘Afsar’ for the first time ever we will get to see the intense actor Tarsem Jassar in a humorous avatar. Also, this is the debut movie of the singer turned actor ‘Nimrat Khaira’ as a lead actor. Earlier, she portrayed an important character in the movie ‘Lahoriye’.
