Akshay Kumar on films not working, says 'have to understand what audience wants'
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar finally opened up about Bollywood films not working at the box office. During the trailer launch event of his upcoming film, 'Cuttputlli', Akshay Kumar expressed concern over the recent films working.
Akshay Kumar acknowledged the fact that they need to understand what the audience wants. He also said that no one else was to be blamed for it.

He said that he has to make changes and understand what the audience wants. Likewise, he said that nobody else should be blamed for it but him.

The statement comes during the trailer launch of the Akshay Kumar-starrer 'Cuttputlli' which also features Rakul Preet Singh, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Sargun Mehta, and Chandrachur Singh.
Besides, Akshay Kumar also performed the 'Cuttputlli' dance during the event. In the meanwhile, director Ranjit M Tewari revealed that the film was inspired by the South film, 'Ratsasan'.

The story revolves around three murders in the small town of Kasauli and only there is only one serial killer behind them. Akshay, who is playing a cop, and his team hunt for the killer. The film will be released directly on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 2.
