Army Day 2019: Daler Mehndi To Anil Kapoor, Celebs Salute Our Brave Soldiers On Army Day

January 15th is celebrated by our country as the Indian Army Day, to salute the bravery and the sacrifice of our soldiers. The Army Day came into existence when Field Marshal M. Cariappa took over as Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Army from General Sir Francis Butcher on January 15, 1949.

Celebrities like Anil Kapoor, Daler Mehndi, Arjun Kapoor, Mohit Chauhan, Anupam Kher, Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir among others took to their official social media handles to salute our soldiers who are braving bullets and inhospitable conditions to protect our borders.
