3 Idiots sequel: Kareena Kapoor Khan is surprised as Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, and R Madhavan seem to be planning a sequel of their classic cult '3 Idiots' without her.
3 Idiots sequel: The 2009 smash '3 Idiots', starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Aamir Khan, has stoked rumours about a sequel. In the meantime, Kareena has expressed skepticism about a sequel that might be on the cards without her. She revealed her concerns about the sequel in a video that she posted on Friday after seeing a picture of Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, and R Madhavan at a "press conference" go viral.
Kareena Kapoor, who co-starred in the movie, wrote on Instagram on Friday that she had a sneaking notion a sequel was in the works but hadn't heard anything about it yet.
On her return from a vacation in Africa, Kareena tweeted a video with the caption, "This is from that secret that these three are holding from us. Please refrain from claiming that this is Sharman's movie promotion, as though something is fishy. They appear to be aiming for a sequel, but only for these three. How can you, without me? I don’t think even Boman knows about this.”
In the video's closing line, Kareena asks, "Aakhir chal kya raha hai yaar? This definitely has the odour of a sequel.
In order to support Sharman's movie, Aamir, Sharman, and Madhavan met each other in February and since then the rumours for the film's sequel have made fans go crazy.
