Tamil actor Ajith Kumar's father P Mani passes away at 85
Tamil actor Ajith's family was left empty by his father's unexpected death. The father of Ajith passed away in Chennai due to age-related health concerns, according to the sources.
Father of the actor was suffering disability and other medical conditions. Besant Negar crematorium will host the funeral services. The representative of Ajith issued a formal statement. PS Mani died while sleeping, according to the statement.
Anup Kumar, Ajith Kumar, and Anil Kumar released a joint statement, "Our father, P.S. Mani, passed away in the early hours of this morning, in his sleep, after a long illness. He was 85. We are grateful for the care and support provided to him and our family by a number of medical professionals, especially following his debilitating stroke of four years ago.
We are comforted, at this time of grief, that he lived a good life and knew the undying love of our mother, his partner of nearly six decades. We appreciate the kind, comforting messages and condolences that have been coming in and ask for your understanding if we may not be able to take calls or respond to messages in a timely manner.

Artists and Ajith fans have been expressing their sincere condolences. According to sources, Subramaniam will get his final rites this evening.
Ajith's wife Shalini recently had a family trip to Dubai and posted images on social media. The actor was set to begin filming for AK62 when the personal loss occurred.
