Soon after the makers of ‘Chal Mera Putt 2’ announced the release date of the film, they have unveiled the details regarding the cast of the film. While most of the cast remain same, there’s a new addition to the team. Popular Punjabi singer Garry Sandhu will be seen in the lead along with Amrinder Gill and Simi Chahal.
Meanwhile, the Pakistani stars Iftikar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti, Akram Udaas and Zafri Khan will also be seen in pivotal parts. And so will Gurshabad, Hardeep Gill, Nirmal Rishi and Ruby Anam.
Simi Chahal took to her Instagram handle to share an announcement video of the film, which has Garry Sandhu's name in the lead role. Simi captioned the post as: "ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਮੇਹਰ ਕਰਨ ??? ਚੱਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤ ੨ ❤️ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਆ ਜੀ — ੧੩ ਮਾਰਚ ੨੦੨੦ ਨੂੰ ?"

Further, the film’s first song is going to be a funny song titled on the catchphrase by Akram Udaas ‘Boota Gaalan Kad Da Ae’. The song will be releasing soon.
The movie’s shoot went on the floors late last year, and the film will be released on March 13. The film is helmed by its previous director, Janjot Singh and written by Rakesh Dhawan, who wrote the first part.
