Coronavirus Outbreak: Gippy Grewal Pushes Forward Release Of ‘Posti’

While the outbreak of Coronavirus is affecting everything in the world, Punjabi film industry is also going through a set back with it. Release dates and shoots of a number of Bollywood movies have already been postponed because of corona, and now Punjabi actor and filmmaker Gippy Grewal has pushed forward the release of his upcoming production ‘Posti’.

The film is based on the political and social issue of Punjab. Slated to release on March 20, the makers have released no further update on the postponed release date.

Gippy shared a video on his social media handle. In the video clip, Gippy is conveying the message of postponing the release of the film. He said that health comes first and considering the current situation of pandemic it has been advised to stay away from crowded places such as theatres.

Directed by Rana Ranbir, ‘Posti’ has been made under Gippy Grewal’s banner. The movie has been backed by a huge star cast including - Babbal Rai, Surilie Gautam, Prince KJ Singh, Rana Ranbir, Vadda Grewal, Raghveer Boli, Jass Dhillon, Malkeet Rauni, Rana Jung Bahadur, Tarsem Paul and Seema Kaushal.
