Diljit Dosanjh's 'Jodi' and Dev Kharoud's 'Blackia 2' to witness box office clash in the year 2023

Punjabi cinema is expected to to be extremely competitive in the year 2023 . In Pollywood , Punjabi movie releases over a period of one to two weeks , but this year , two movies will be releasing on the same date . The movies which are to be released on the same day are two big films 'Blackia' and 'Jodi'.

For the unversed , Jodi film features Diljit Dosanjh and Nimrat Khaira while Blackia2 stars Dev Kharoud.  The makers of Jodi have finally disclosed the releasing date of the film. Jodi which has been postponed several times is decided to release at the theatres on the 5th of May , 2023. Additionally having Diljit Dosanjh and Nimrat Khaira as the leads, the movie is expected to have admirable music. This is also the first time Diljit Dosanjh would appear in an Amberdeep Singh's movie . Fans are pretty much excited and are waiting for the film to release on big screens .

Whereas , talking of 'Blackia 2 ', which will be releasing on the same date. This film stars Dev Kharoud  is directed by Navaniat Singh . The makers dropped the announcement through a motion poster . Moreover, the film is based on a true event . It is also noted that Blackia 2 is scheduled to release under the banner of Ohri Production and is produced by by Vivek Ohri .

Fans are eager to see which film will receive a positive response . Though the makers still have a chance of changing the release dates if possible . All we can do is wait and see what happens at the box office .
