'Enough Is Enough', Vidya Balan Reacts To Recent Pulwama Attack

After the most dreaded terrorist attack in Pulwama, Bollywood has made some major calls in the industry. 'Tumhari Sulu' famed actress, Vidya Balan has also made her statement on the decision of banning Pakistani artists.

While Bollywood is condemning on the Pulwama attack and not releasing their films in Pakistan, Vidya Balan says that some tough calls have to be taken now, on banning Pakistani artists in India. Vidya, was asked about her views on this at the launch of her debut radio show 'Dhun Badalke Toh Dekho', and she said that a strong stand needs to be taken now.

Vidya told the media, "As an individual I believe that there is no better way to bring people together than arts, be it music, poetry, dance, theatre, cinema or any other art form. But this time I think we should just take a break from this practice and see what can be done for the future. As I said, some tough calls have to be taken at some point."

She added, " Though I have always believed that art should be kept away from all boundaries and politics, I think we have to take a stand now. Enough is enough".

Earlier, the makers of 'Total Dhamaal', 'Notebook', 'Kesari', 'Arjun Patiala' and few more have decided not to release their movies in Pakistan.
