Good News! Kane Williamson, wife Sarah Raheem welcome baby boy

Kane Williamson children: New Zealand cricketer Kane Williamson and his wife Sarah Raheem have become parents for the second time as they have been blessed with a baby boy.

The right-handed batsman took to his Instagram account on Sunday (May 22) and broke the good news. Kane Williamson shared an adorable picture of his wife Sarah Raheem holding the newborn baby boy as well as their first child.

For those unversed, Kane Williamson and Sarah Raheem became the first-time parents in 2019 when they welcomed a baby girl ‘Maggie’.

While sharing the photo of Sarah Raheem with her children, Kane Williamson captioned: “Welcome to the whanau little man.” Meanwhile, a lot of congratulatory messages started pouring in from different corners. His fans have been showering love and blessings on the infant.

Several cricketers, including Rashid Khan, Suresh Raina, and Jason Holder, congratulated the talismanic cricketer.

Notably, Kane Williamson had left the Sunrisers Hyderabad midway through the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 as he was to attend the birth of his second child.

This is why he was not able to lead the Orange Army in their last league-stage game. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was appointed as the skipper in Kane Williamson’s absence.

Now, Williamson is gearing up for England's tour as he would be leading New Zealand in a three-match away Test series against England. The Test series will be played from June 2 onwards.
