Punjabi model and actress Himanshi Khurana turns 27 today. She started modelling at the age of 16 when she won the Miss Ludhiana Contest. She also contested for Miss PTC Punjabi in 2010 and was among the finalists.
She rose to fame in Punjabi film industry with her debut movie ‘Sadda Haq’. Released in 2013, ‘Sadda Haq’ was based on Punjab insurgency. The film also stars Kuljinder Singh Sidhu, Dhriti Saharan, Gaurav Kakkar and Parmod Moutho among others.
Himanshi bagged the lead role in a Punjabi movie after 2 years of her debut. In 2015, the actress appeared as a lead actress in film ‘2 Bol’.
Besides, she also acted in Bollywood and six south Indian movies.
