'If a Shah Rukh Khan movie doesn't perform well, it is the directors fault', says Pathaan director Sidharth Anand

Sidharth Anand news: Pathaan director Sidharth Anand is elated after the film's outstanding performance at the box office. The film has created much excitement in the audience as Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan was a part of the film and had a dedicated fan following all across the globe. The movie has crossed 500 crores at the worldwide box office.

Sidharth Anand's reaction on Pathaan's success  

Recently, the director Sidharth Anand made a statement at the event of the film and said that he does not have words to express how delighted he was with the success of the movie but the last 2 months were stressful regarding the movie's controversies. Then, he admitted that he feels relieved now as the film was receiving much love and appreciation from the audience side.

Further, the director made a statement regarding the experience he had working with King Khan and stated that every filmmaker has to earn an SRK film. He got the golden chance to work and direct the actor which turned out to be a gift for the director. Then the director added saying that two months before the release of the movie 'Pathaan', he realized that it was a heavy responsibility to direct Shah Rukh Khan.

In addition to this, he also mentioned that King Khan has immense trust in the director and does what is told to him so if Shah Rukh Khan's movie does not perform well then it is the director's fault. Lastly, he concludes by saying that he puts in all his efforts for films.

Meanwhile, the star cast Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham were all seen praising the director. Then, the director also said that he had lived up to his expectation as he has worked with SRK in one film and wishes to work with him in some more movies.
