Karam Se Dacait, Dharam Se Azaad - Shamshera | Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor has left behind his Urban image and is coming up with a new look in his upcoming movie "Shamshera". He has undergone a drastic physical transformation for Sanjay Dutt's biopic "Sanju". This was something that Ranbir has come up with a never seen before thing for his fans and audiences. And, with "Shamshera" he is once again portraying something that he has never done before. Ranbir Singh is playing a Dacoit in the film.
So, here the Bollywood Industry is offering us one more period drama for its audiences. The makers have announced this project with a video in which Ranbir's look from the movie has been revealed.
Although, the video is not carrying the real Ranbir Kapoor but by watching for the intensity of the character, we can say he will be pretty savage in it. Yash Raj Films has posted the trailer on their Instagram profile and quoted:

The cast and other details are still known. A few minutes before, the existence of such a film was unknown as well. Taran Adarsh revealed that the film, directed by Karan Malhotra, will go on the floors by the end of 2018 and will wrap up by mid-2019. This is what Taran Adarsh Quoted:

While talking to media, Ranbir Kapoor quoted:
“Shamshera is exactly the film I was looking for. While growing up watching Hindi commercial cinema, I had an image of what a film hero should be doing. Shamshera allows me to do everything that I had imagined and it’s a very exciting project for me. Karan is going to take me completely out of my comfort zone and I’m looking forward to this challenge.”
