Know How Satinder Satti Is Meditating During This Lock Down!

Punjabi actress, host and a singer Satinder Satti after hosting the show 'Chaa Da Cup' is spending time with herself during this lockdown. She has recently posted a video where she is telling about her quarantine routine. She told in the video how she is spending her day by praising the beauty of nature, by enjoying sunrise and sunset and by observing the buildings from her balcony.

Satinder Satti shall show us her asan soon but as of now, she has told the audience some appropriate ways to meditate. She has highlighted four elements during this process of meditation. Those four elements are quiet place, aasan or cushion, practise of breathing exercises and search for truth.

Satinder Satti's video is a great learning opportunity for many during this lockdown period. She is inspiring everyone to follow mediation and pray every day. She is utilising this time in a great and productive way. She is connecting with her inner self and asking the same to each one of us. This is indeed a great idea to be practised during quarantine.
