16-year-old Simran Singh Sandhu made the Sikhs proud across the globe after he became a solo pilot in Australia in 2018. He achieved this feat when he was just 15. Simran hails from Ferozepur, a small city in Punjab. According to the PTC News, he achieved the licence for solo pilot at domestic airport Jundakot’s Royal Aero Club (WA) after having a good training and a successful solo flight.
