Nasseruddin Shah admitted to hospital; his manager confirms 'Patch was found in his lungs'!

Veteran Bollywood actor Naseeruddin Shah was wheeled to the city hospital Hinduja Hospital in Khar on June 29. The 70-year old-actor was diagnosed with pneumonia.

His health updates were confirmed by his manager as he told a national daily. "Sir was hospitalised on June 29, but he is now doing well. There is a pneumonia patch on his lungs, and the treatment is going on. He might be discharged today or tomorrow."

Naseeruddin's family and wife Pathak Shah are by his side. Though he is expected to be released from the hospital today or tomorrow as per the sources.

Over the years, Naseeruddin Shah has contributed with his glorious work in the film industry. His films like 'A Wednesday, Mohra , Ishqiya, Sarfarosh' and many others have managed to create a buzz in the film industry. The three-time National Award winning actor has been honored with the Padma Shri and the Padma Bhushan for his contributions to Indian cinema.
