SHOCKING ! PROMINENT MAKE UP ARTIST OF PUNJABI FILM INDUSTRY MURDERED

Geet Brar, the famous make up artist of Punjabi Film Industry was found near Rajpura Road with three bullet injury marks in her head and neck. The 32 years old artist hailed from Moga but presently she was residing in Chandigarh for her work front. She used to live in a rented house. Reportedly, Geet Brar left her house with an unidentified man on Tuesday at 5 pm. Later her mobile phone was found switched off when people tried to call her. Even, two of her women friends were also investigated about the murder but they do not rule it to be a contract killing.

The police say that Geet Brar’s body was found near a local Gurudwara on a road that connects the Star Enclave Colony. The Superintendent of Police, HS Virk said, “We were informed around 11 pm about the dead body. The cops did not find much along the victim’s body, but later they managed to establish her identity.” Reports also say that three firemarks were spotted on her body. One bullet was shot in her forehead, another in her neck and the third bullet mark was on her chest.

She had been in the Punjabi Film Industry for a long time and had done make up for many Punjabi artists. According to actor Binnu Dhillon, “She was a dedicated artist and was always cheerful.” All we can say is May God rest her soul in peace. Condolence to the family.
