Randeep Hooda Performs 'Gatka', Spends 2 Years To Master The Sikh Martial Art

Randeep Hooda is best known for his work in Hindi movies and rough look. The actor has done a number of warrior scenes in his movies. Hailing from Haryana, the actor has learnt the ancient Sikh martial art ‘Gatka’.

Randeep recently took down to his Instagram account to post a video, where he is practicing the ancient Sikh martial art called ‘Gatka’.

The actor captioned his post as: "The ancient Sikh Martial Art called “Gatka”. The Queen of England had once said about the fierce Sikh warriors that “ Any army that has Sikh soldiers, can never be defeated” learned it for 2 years.. though heartbroken about the fate of the movie, what I learned from it is absolutely precious “ Boleeeeeee so nihaaaaaaaaaala... 'Gatka' martial art is associated with the Sikhs of mountainous regions. It is a style of stick fighting, with wooden sticks intended to be swords.
