Taapsee Pannu To go Under Major Transformation For Her Upcoming Film ‘Rashmi Rocket’

Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, who transformed herself for her recent film ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, is all set for another transformational film ‘Rashmi Rocket’. The sport-based fiction will see Taapsee as a village belle from Kutch, Gujarat, who wants to be a sprinter.

Going by the reports, she will play a village girl nicknamed as ‘Rocket’ for her athlete abilities. In an exclusive conversation with Times of India, Taapsee said, “I will begin the process of transforming my body from this month. The aim will be to build a body like a sportsperson.”

Earlier, she shared her first look picture from the film on her social media handle with a motion poster as well.

Meanwhile, sports have been an integral part of Taapsee’s life since childhood. School race tracks became her war zone every year and thanks to a supportive family and encouraging school teachers she had her moments of glory.

Rashmi Rocket is Akarsh khurana and written by Tamil director Nanda Periyasamy. The film is bankrolled by by Ronnie Screwvalla’s RSVP movies and Mango People Media Network, while the screenplay is written by Aniruddha Guha.
