Thugs Of Hindostan Earns Rs 52.25 Crore On Day 1, Becomes Highest Hindi Opener

Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’ has managed to earn over Rs 52.25 crore on opening day of its release in India, which is the highest collection for any Hindi film on Day 1.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh has shared the total collection of Thugs on Day 1, which stands at Rs 52.25 crore. Vijay Krishna directorial was released on 8th November in about 5000 screens across India. Besides Aamir and Amitabh, the film also stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Sheikh in lead roles.

“Thugs of Hindostan” is inspired by Philip Meadows Taylor’s 1839 novel ‘Confessions of a Thug’.
