The Vicky Kaushal-starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike became a blockbuster hit and also carved out a platform for many other actors. Navtej Hundal, who played the role of the home minister in the movie, passed away on Tuesday. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.
Navtej Hundal was also seen in films such as The Whisperers, Angaaray, and Doosra Kanoon. His daughter Avantika is seen in a popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein.
