Vicky Kaushal Loses 13 Kg In 3 Months For His Role In Udham Singh
It goes without saying that actors have to go through a lot to fit into a role for their films. While a part of this process is all about hours of makeup, it also deals with weight fluctuations and tons of practice to portray the role perfectly.
Meanwhile, these days whenever Vicky Kaushal has stepped out in public, people have been noticing his lean body. Vicky has lost around 13 kilos in just 3 months, to fit into the role of his upcoming film ‘Udham Singh’.

According to a source close to Vicky and the news published in leading news portals, “He has lost all the weight to play the younger portions of Singh. It wasn’t an easy task but he was clear about shedding the weight, in order to look convincing as a 20-something boy.”
The actor has gone on a strict diet for close to 3 months. The source added, “At the end of the day, he is a Punjabi boy, who loves his food but he knew he had to control his urge. Plus, he worked out diligently with his trainer on a daily basis. There was no way he would have given up as he knew the importance of acquiring the lean look.”

Vicky will go on 25 day schedule in Amritsar soon to shoot for the film.
Meanwhile, he’ll soon have to gain weight back for his next film ‘Takht’ after wrapping Udham Singh.
