Mandy Takhar is one of the most versatile actresses of the Punjabi film industry. With her roots to Maliana, a small village near Phagwara in Punjab, the actress was born and raised in Wolverhampton in UK. Born on May 1, the ‘Sardaar Ji’ actress is celebrating her birthday today.
However, due to the nationwide lockdown, she can not celebrate the day with her loved one. Nevertheless, her loved ones have compiled their birthday wishes and messages through a video and have shared it with her.

Mandy started her acting career with the film ‘Ekam – Son of Soil’ opposite the legendary Babbu Mann in 2010. Later, she worked with Gippy Grewal, Diljit Dosanjh, Amrinder Gill, Sharry Maan, Tarsem Jassar, Binnu Dhillon, among many other popular stars.
She has also been awarded with the PTC Punjabi Film award for her acting in the film ‘Mirza – The Untold Story’ and ‘Sardaarji’.
