'Kesari' is an emotional action movie, portraying the lives of the soldiers and the moments they miss from their lives in order to save the nation. The movie is about the battle of Saragarhi of 1897, fought against 10,000 Afghans.

Apart from this little girl, majority of the audience got welled up after watching those 21 Sikh soldiers dying one by one in the movie. The movie has already collected over 21 Crore at the box office on day 1, with its patriotic and courageous story line.
