Brahmastra movie review: Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt's enthralling 'power of love' shines bright

Brahmastra movie review: As they say, 'there is no greater power in the Universe than the power of love.' The much-awaited mythological-drama 'Brahmastra Part One: Shiva', featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles, showcases the 'power of love'.

Is it better than 'RRR', or 'KGF'? Just like both the South biggies, 'Brahmastra' has its own significance and certainly, people are loving the film because of its amazing VFX, concept, and power-packed star cast.

Before moving further to the film and the performances of the lead roles, let's talk about two characters who just nailed it in the smaller appearances on screen. Hail down to the 'Vanarastra' and 'Nandiastra'! Yes, we are talking about none other than Shah Rukh Khan and Nagarjuna.

The two stalwarts won hearts with their smaller appearances on the screen and left the audience wondering if they could have been there with the leads till the end. Okay, Okay, No more spoilers! Notably, Mouni Roy also nailed it with her amazing performance.

Coming back to the lead actors, Amitabh Bachchan is an ace actor and there is no doubt about it. Similarly, the 'Guru' guided the spirit of fire and stood by him but in the end 'Shiva' was a lone warrior who was up against the dark. Apparently, he was not alone, he had 'power of love' with him.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt did absolute justice to their characters. Ranbir surprised his fans with the way he played with fire, the action he did, and the chemistry between him and his wife Alia Bhatt.

Overall, it was 'paisa-vasool' show! A must-watch film. Even in 'Ramayana', no one was able to defeat the 'Brahmastra'. It's exactly what Ayan Mukerji must be praying and it seems the prayer is being fulfilled.
