Celebrities expresses condolences following the untimely death of Fashion designer Virgil Abloh

Virgil Abloh, the creative director of Louis Vuitton and Off White, died on Sunday night at the age of 41 from cancer. Abloh's family confirmed that the fashion icon died while battling Cardiac Angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer for which he had been silently receiving treatment for the past two years.

He shattered the glass ceiling when he became the first black creative director at the French fashion house Louis Vuitton. In 2013, he launched the luxury streetwear brand Off White.

Abloh and his sister were raised in Rockford, Illinois, after being born near Chicago in 1980. After hearing the heartbreaking news, numerous celebrities have showered condolences for the designer.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas, football icon David Beckham, French football star Kylian Mbappe, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, and American singer Pharrell Williams were among those who paid tribute to Virgil Abloh.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas wrote on Instagram Stories, "Gone too soon."

Hailey Bieber shared a heartfelt note with the designer who custom-made her wedding gown, along with a series of images. "From walking on his runways to having him design my wedding dress and all the other amazing moments in between, I felt he was always rooting for me," she shared in a long message.

Kendal Jenner who is also one of the closest of Abloh took to her social media and shared a series of images with Abloh, along with a message about what she learned from the designer.
