Karan Aujla shares official statement after arrest of Sharpy Ghuman; says 'not in contact...'

Karan Aujla breaks his silence after Sharpy Ghuman's arrest: After the Anti-Gangsters Task Force (AGTF) detained Sharpy Ghumman, the former manager of Punjabi singer Karan Aujla, and 8 other people as part of the AGTF's investigation into gangster singers and travel agents, Karan Aujla ultimately spoke publicly on Saturday. The majority of those detained by the AGTF were travel agents, who it is said helped gangsters leave the country using forged passports.

Karan Aujla slammed the media for referring to the arrested individuals as his friends and associates on his Instagram account. Even though he knew them, Aujla claimed that it is not his fault for what they do in life. The individual who is referred to as his manager is not even in Karan Aujla's contact list, he said in response. Even though Sharpy was well-known, Karan claimed that this did not mean that he had instructed him to commit any crimes. He added that he had not spoken to Sharpy for the previous two years. And regardless of whether he is a buddy of Karan Aujla's or not, the law should take action if he has committed any crimes.

In addition, Karan Aujla slammed the media for exploiting his name in news stories and threatened to sue them for inaccurate reporting. The jailed individuals, according to Aujla, have their own names, but the media chose to sensationalise the incident by using his name.

The Punjabi singer went on to say that gangsters have attacked him countless times as well. Aujla claimed that he had experienced extortion four times and five shooting incidents at his home, but no channel had covered the incident. Finally, Karan Aujla issued a warning, stating that he would file a lawsuit against them if their targeted reporting continued.

A few days after Karan Aujla's video of himself singing at a wedding reception in the US became viral for the wrong reasons, the AGTF started its investigation.

The presence of Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, in the video drew everyone's attention despite Karan Aujla's singing ability. Sidhu Moose Wala, a Punjabi singer, was killed, and Anmol Bishnoi is wanted for the crime. Anmol Bishnoi reportedly used a fake passport to flee India and travel to Nepal. It should be noted that at the time, Karan Aujla clarified and denied any connections to Anmol Bishnoi.
