Koffee With Karan Season 8 episode 8; Arjun Kapoor opens up about his ways of tackling box office failure, talks about trajectories in life!

Ever since Karan Johar is back with his infamous talk show Koffee With Karan Season 8, the nation is going gaga with it's weekly guest lists, unravelling talks and fun that seems beyond insanity. Recently, the makers have unveiled the promo of the upcoming episode featuring the Bollywood stars Arjun Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur gracing the controversial couch looking like the most worthiest bachelor males in the town. Seems all delved in dapper chit chat and revelation of their Bollywood rumors, both of the bachelor hunks promises to win heart in the eighth episode of the newly launched season.

Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor on Box Office Failures

Arjun and Aditya both decked up in repelling fashion aesthetic, both will take the audience through their Bollywood lifestyle while strolling around talks with KWK's cult host Karan Johar. On the long run episode, KJo will take the audience through the route of dealing with box office failures. Both Johar and Mr. Kapoor will discuss vividly their ways of dealing with such a shouldering pressure of box office failures and Arjun's way of navigating it.

Throwing off the question on the attendee Kapoor, the host says, "We all have public perceptions , we all have Instagram that shows a part of our personality that may or may not be accurate at times, but we are also combating box office pressures, industry dynamics . Fubu, I'm gonna ask you sometimes when box offices have evaded you. What is the way and I always know that you have been upbeat and have a sense of humor which I think is there that in the face of failure you can laugh at yourself. How do you deal with it?" After listening to the question, Arjun kept his feeling and ways of tackling them. "There is so much adversity I have faced in my life ya Karan, I think I have spoken on this couch before about many aspects of my life. I am the first actor in my generation to deliver a 100-crore film, with Dharma and Sajid Nadiadwala that was 2 States," he quoted.

Moving on further, Arjun Kapoor also discussed his part in the industry, his high's and extreme low's. While continuing he said, "I have seen the high, I have done a film like Ki and Ka that did well, where I was a house husband, I have done all kinds of work, I have worked with so many people.  I mean Akshay Kumar has spoken so openly about the fact that he almost considered leaving the profession at one point of time, 11-12 flops I think he has seen. When you look at Saif’s career, till Dil Chahta hai didnt happen, he was on a different trajectory. If my audience has loved me and connected with me because of the work that I did, they are not going to disconnect if I give them a good film. You can't control box office, unfortunately, what I can control is the effort and the sincerity."

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode will hit the television screens on Wednesday midnight, 14th December 2023 only on Disney Hotstar!
