Son to filmmaker David Dhawan, Varun has given numerous superhit movies ever since his starry debut in the 2012 romantic comedy 'Student of the Year', along with debutant stars Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. But the actor himself has kept things extremely lowkey in his style as he dropped some very small celebrations that he is currently basking with the family.
As the Badlapur actor has gotten a year older today, Varun Dhawan has taken over his official Instagram handle to share some enthralling pictures from his lowkey birthday celebration with his mother and dog. The star in fact shared a set of pictures featuring the adorable moments spent at home. The first picture flaunted Varun with his cake, another one featured his mentioned company and a puja done on the balcony. Sharing the carousal post, Varun captioned, "Growing, learning and yet trying to stay the same thank u for all the wonderful wishes and love. P.s - I ate very lil bit of that cake since I start a new movie. very soon so very excited about that !!!!"
Meanwhile, ever since the pictures went on the socials, fans went gaga to see such warm pictures, thus taking over the comments section to wish him more love. His ABCD 2 co-actor Shraddha Kapoor also added her name in the long queue and wrote, "Happy Bday Babdulal. Main hoon na, I will eat a lot of cake from your side" along with loving emojis.
Speaking of his personal life, Varun is soon going to welcome his first baby, and professionally on the other hand, he is all set with a few releases lined up along with the commencement of new projects.
