Urfi Javed news: Urfi Javed is known for her insane fashion sense. Recently, she has been linked to Bollywood's legendary Javed Akhtar for some reason.

Recently, the actress bumped into the legend and shared the picture on social media after meeting him. She captioned the picture and jokingly wrote that she finally met her grandfather. She also stated that Javed Akhtar was very warm and greeted all his fans, also clicked selfies with all of them and did not refuse anyone.

However, the actress mentioned that being a legend for so many years he remained grounded. As we all know that Urfi is often referred to as Javed Akhtar's granddaughter as they have the same surname.

Although many times, Javed's wife actress Shabana Azmi had denied the rumours several times.

Further, Urfi also admitted that people have made up stories just because they have the same surname. She also stated that she was not related to him in any way. Lastly, the actress said she believes that all this is done to troll him and pull his name down.
