'It takes courage to work on such a topic', says filmmaker Jagdeep Sidhu

Jagdeep Sidhu news: The much-awaited Punjabi movie 'Kali Jotta' will hit the theatres on February 3, 2023. Recently, the screening of the movie was kept for the industry people and was attended by several Punjabi celebrities. Director Jagdeep Sidhu who is known for his movies like Qismat, Moh and many others.

Many celebrities from the Punjabi industry were present at the screening of the movie 'Kali Jotta'.   Further, the director had sweet things to say about the movie and their characters. Jagdeep took to his social media and mention the leading lady of the movie Neeru Bajwa, then he wrote that this was the finest work of the actress till now and she is surprising her fans with something new.

Moving on, he expressed his thoughts on the work done by Satinder Sartaaj. He stated that Satinder is blessed with his skills and he has so much more to offer, he should continue doing more films. Further, the 'Moh' director went on to appreciate the efforts of the director and said stated that it takes courage to work on such a subject.

Later, he also praised the writer Harinder Kour who will be making her debut as a writer In the movie 'Kali Jotta'. In addition to this, he also said that only a girl could have penned down such a beautiful story and also said that she would do great in life.

Lastly, he mentioned the next leading actor Wamiqa Gabbi who was a part of the film. The director said that the performance of the actress was phenomenal and she has done her craft with all her heart.
